At Have a Nice Day, we want you to love what you wear. If your new fashion pieces aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Relax

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off location; once we receive it, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
